Alex helped us install our Lucid car charger and protective box outside of our home in addition to two extra electrical 20amp outlets in our garage. Coincidently, we had ATT at the same time installing our internet while Alex came to install our charger. The ATT technician had issues with providing power to the modem where it was located, Alex graciously offered to trouble shoot the the issue and assisted us with creating an additional wall jack outlet for our ATT tech. Thank goodness Alex was there at the right time at the right place, we would have had to reschedule our ATT appointment and be without internet. Alex truly goes above and beyond for his customers. He is not only caring and compassionate, but Alex’s work is also impeccable. We are so impressed by Alex’s professionalism. Alex is consistently responsive in communication, prompt, thorough, detailed-oriented and provides full transparency to resolve any issues that may arise.
